Take Westside Highway North to Henry Hudson North to Saw Mill River North to exit 4 Cross Country Parkway East to Hutchinson North to 684 North to 84 East to EXIT 14 South Britain:
At the bottom of the ramp, make a right onto Georges Hill Road (it is not the sharp right, but a 2:00 right). Take the winding uphill road for exactly 1 mile and make a left onto North Georges Hill Road. Take that for exactly 1 mile. As you come down the hill, you will see WILLOW CREEK ESTATES DRIVE on your right. This is the entrance to the property.
FROM ROUTE 84 Driving East - (CLICK FOR GOOGLE DIRECTIONS)
Take exit 14 South Britain. At the bottom of the ramp, make a right onto Georges Hill Road (it is not the sharp right, but a 2:00 right). Do I need to be an Equestrian to live here?

Is there a Home Owners Association fee?
Yes. Since the road is commonly owned by all the homeowners, there is a minimal monthly fee ($133/month) that covers things such as snow plowing of the road, leaf removal, grass cutting, general maintenance, seasonal plantings and planting up-keep, water basin clean-outs, mulch beds and a reserve for a new road top-coat, which will be required every 10-12 years. We will have over 250 unique and seasonal plants, shrubs and trees - something rarely seen in such a community.
